A.I. Yevdokimov Moscow state university of medicine and dentistry (MSUMD) originates in the 19th century, from the I.M. Kovarsky Moscow’s first dental surgery school opened in 1892 and become subsequently the House of the Soviet dental care.
History:
In 1974, the Moscow Medical Dental Institute was named after N. A. Semashko.
In 1999, the institute received university status and became known as the Moscow State Medical and Dental University (MGMSU).
In 2012, the MSMSU turned 90 years old. April 27, 2012 MGMSU was named after Alexander Ivanovich Evdokimov.…
The A.I. Yevdokimov Moscow Medical Stomatological Institute is one of the major higher medical training centers It has two faculties 85 chairs and courses employing over 3 000 people In the Medical Stomatological Institute 1 269 professors and lecturers among them 126 Doctors and 729 Candidates of Sciences Over 7 000 students 350 interns and 200 post graduates (full time and extramural) study at the Institute Every year 600 doctors 50 lecturers and 200 dental mechanics upgrade their skills here Clinical training takes place in two biggest Moscow stomatological complexes and 20 clinical hospitals
The A.I.
